On a Sunday evening over winter break, I came back to Iowa City from my parent’s house for an early appointment the following morning. I arrived around 8:30 pm only to discover I had left my apartment keys at my parent’s house, 2.5hrs away. All my roommates were gone for the holidays, so I had no way of getting into my apartment. I contacted Bryan and explained my predicament, and he arrived within 15mins to let me in. I could not have asked for a better landlord, thank you.
