Loved the building and its close proximity to campus…

I lived at 427 North Dubuque, and loved the building and its close proximity to campus and the downtown area. I also loved that I was able to park my car close to the building in an underground ramp; especially during the snowy winter months.

I could not have asked for a better living experience or a more attentive management staff.

On a Sunday evening over winter break, I came back to Iowa City from my parent’s house for an early appointment the following morning. I arrived around 8:30 pm only to discover I had left my apartment keys at my parent’s house, 2.5hrs away. All my roommates were gone for the holidays, so I had no way of getting into my apartment. I contacted Bryan and explained my predicament, and he arrived within 15mins to let me in. I could not have asked for a better landlord, thank you.

Great location at an affordable price.

Close to campus, restaurants, and coffee shops. The building was quiet and kept very clean. It was also nice and reassuring to have an assigned parking spot right outside the building.

The location was great, and the management was fantastic.

I lived at 427 North Dubuque for 2 years while I completed my undergrad degree at Iowa. The location was great, and the management was fantastic. I only had one maintenance issue, and it occurred on a Sunday evening; the refrigerator stopped working. I contacted Bryan, and he was over within an hour to fix the problem so our food would not be ruined.

I loved my time living at 707 North Dubuque.

The building has a beautiful location, sitting right along the Iowa River. Some of my fondest college memories were those of my roommates and I sitting on our deck at sunset sharing cocktails and laughs. It was also great having garage parking, especially during times of bad weather. Two words, heated drive!! Awesome!!
