Great company to rent from!

I enjoyed my time living at 625 South Clinton. I loved my apartment, and the location was very convenient for walking to class and to my part-time job downtown. The building was usually very quiet, which was great for studying. Very close to the U of I Rec building also!!

I had a terrific experience

I had a terrific experience in #6. The apartment was in sparkling condition when I moved in, and served me well during my two years there as a graduate student. Management responded with alacrity whenever I had an issue. My deposit return was smooth and fair as well. The building itself was lovely, quiet, and well-maintained. I would recommend this beautiful building to anyone seeking a living arrangement close to the university.
